Anna was very kind, efficient and answered all the questions that I asked her. All of the employees/staff are cheerful and are ready to help you in any way they can. Dr . Lee Young Jr. DMS+MMsc. Very kind, thorough and knowns his surgery. He's did an excellent job with my implant like always. He's the very best in Savannah Ga. His right hand lady that's works stands beside him is wonderful. The Staff in the office has such patient and understanding. Also Dr.Darron R. Alvord,DMD. Update : Thank you for an educational and fun check-up Dr. Young, and for your Wisdom (not as in tooth) and kindness! Thank you Michelle for your teaching skills, and kindness. Thank you front office ( shout out to Heather❣️) for ALL and I mean ALL for being the BEST! I will say it again : this IS a well run and highly professional office. Focus is on the care and best treatment possible of the patient in a caring and compassionate environment. They are trustworthy. They just met me, and aren’t paying me for this review- haha - They are just THAT great! Let’s begin with Darlene! She should be given an award for the absolute highest level of professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness that exists for a superior front desk office employee. The Gold Star of Excellence! She was incredibly kind to me this week when I felt pretty lost navigating a new scary tooth problem in a new state, and am so grateful for her being there and available in her busy day to spend time with a stranger on the phone when I was beginning to think no one else cared much . Awesome office! I just recently started the process for an Implant on a tooth I had pulled about 10 years ago. I was able to have a consult with Dr. Alvord along with his assistant, Hannah, and they were able to walk me through the whole process, along with the options I had to restore this area. I was able to get scheduled back super quickly and had the surgery on a Wednesday. He and Hannah both were awesome from start to finish and even took the time to check in a few days after to make sure I was doing good still. Super glad I was able to start, and in a few months finish my Implant process with them! Kim & Lisa at the front are both awesome and super friendly as well!

This place is amazing. Dr. Rawlings and the staff do not shame you for having gum disease and bone loss but offer hope! It's so refreshing. They are also prompt with appointments and respectful of your time. I was so suprised to be called back at my appointed time! The hygenists are very good and can even make uncomfortable procedures like deep scaling and root planing not a big deal at all. They will not recommend expensive treatments you do not need like other places but develop a treatment plan that's right for you. This is my forever dentist.

Super impressed. I was referred here for possible implants. I've just begun the process and had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Young and his staff are friendly, courteous and genuinely care. Having the tooth pulled was easy and painless. Dr. Young called a few days later just to check on me. Very impressive. He takes his time and really makes sure you're comfortable and understand the process. I've finally found my perio doc. Lol

I highly recommend Dr. Rawlings. I started out with braces and he worked with me throughout the years to check on the process with the braces alongside the status of the bone removal procedure he performed on me. He has wonderful doctor-patient manners and is wonderful at explaining everything that he is doing and why he is doing it. As glad as I am that I’m done with mouth procedures, I’m truly going to miss him and the staff. He truly runs his practice with heart and I appreciate all that him and his staff has done for me. I will forever recommend Dr. Rawlings and I hope he continues to find success in his career.

Dr. Alvord & Dr. Rawlings are awesome! They're very professional, warm, and reasonable people and their practice reflects it. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and the doctors followed up with me while I was out of it, which was very touching. They've also fit me in for numerous ASAP appointments which ended up being trivial in nature, but were concerning to me prior to seeing them. They also created, for me, a payment arrangement which allowed me to get out of pain both physically and financially!
